Wait - if they sell it, then why are people trying to get a group buy from a dealer? I'm so confused

They have the non nav face. The rest of us are looking for the nav face... At least we were.

So , in light of the new discovery, will it be a package with NAV unit and non NAV faceplate from you Ofer, for whoever wants to go this way?

GTPprix, I asked this back in post #89, can you please answer when you have time?

...are the new units programmed to say the annoying "call ended" message and if so can it be disabled in programming? This would be helpful if using the iPhone for navigation with Bluetooth if in a hurry and have no time to use the new NAV. For me it is super annoying

Will this allow the video feed from the OEM backup camera to display on the screen instead of the mirror? If it does then you should package this and the frameless mirror together.

$600 for the faceplate? Thats crazy

Will your software be able to play DVDs?

No, the system can't play DVD's - for one there is no slot for one.

Keep in mind, the List price for the Nav buttoned face plate is over $800.

And, as mentioned in the past page or so, it does seem possible to use the nav brain with the non-nav faceplate, as another option.

Guys we got it all covered, yes you can move the OEM backup camera to the mylink and you can have it on both the mylink and mirror( like i have it, or add the frameless mirror, yes the non nave face will work, Here is the plan when we are done and redy to ship will do 1 at a time and set it up to work how you like.

Yeah, I was wondering about this too. Seems like you could just swap out the head unit to add nav and just program the screen with nav buttons.
