How's that front splitter holding up to rock chips? I have the Seibon version of the GM GFX on my SS and I put clear bra over the top, but it's been hit a couple of times by rocks I'm guessing that were bigger than a peanut or walnut and they cracked the clear coat resin right through the clear bra, looks like a windshield bullseye. Can you get a ZL-1 splitter from G3 that has no resin finish? I'd bet if it had no resin, and then covered with clear bra--maybe two layers--those bigger rocks would'nt leave a bullseye. If that doesn't work I guess damage like that is the fate of a DD driven 50+ miles everyday in my commute.

No, I don't have any chips. I'm not sure who does dry carbon. G3 does not. Over the resin is clear coat and wax so no stones have touched it so far.

Looks really nice! All those little screws are a pain in the ass to get the faceplate off. I choose to dip mine. I really wish we had the weather you have. Still waiting on my insert from Alan down there, were coming up on 1 1/2 years!! Take care.
