Ya know what? I was thinking that exact thing as I was doing it and laughed to myself. "It doesn't say Camaro on the outside...people aren't gonna know what the hell this is anymore" haha

Took mine off the 2nd day I had the car....I know what kind of car it is...LOL

if you let the goo gone dwell for about 30 min...the letters literally fall off with dental floss.....but most of us are impatient and start using heat and tugging w/ fishingline...no need with a bit of elapsed time...

Denis 06-24-2013 01:34 PM

Yea I was impatient lol

I have a black camaro and was considering this as well.. right now they are plasti dipped black, but considering removing altogether..

Maybe replace with a 1LS badge or Team LFX or something.

The black on black probably looks good. The chrome just looked odd. This looks better I think.

Very true. I just kept putting it off.

SSx2JAMES 06-24-2013 10:27 PM

took my letters off also. cheap plastic pieces. i'm glad my car didn't hv that GM piece on the bottom of the door. looks alot better. took that big ass gold bowtie off as well.

SPARTAN sui 06-24-2013 10:38 PM

Looking good, I just did mine too! Took me about that long too. The letters come off easy enough, just all that damn adhesive left behind that's a pain to get rid of!

KICKER 06-24-2013 10:39 PM

Nice, Denis!
Looks great!

Ya know I didn't have that little "GM" square they look to put on cars now either. I'm glad, it would have just been one more thing I'd have to remove lol

I actually couldn't believe how fast the letters themselves came off...that sticky shit though. What a pain.
