APR splitter support rod lenght
 

Good morning,

I will be doing a 12-15 zl1 bumper conversion soon and want to get an APR carbon fiber splitter to add onto the bottom of it but I want to use a different rod than what is used by APR. I found a company that does custom ones and need to know what the correct length is so I can go ahead and place an order. Any help if appreciated.

No one has this on their car and can tell me what length is needed?

I bought the quick release ones and if I remember they where the 9in ones. I’ll measure them when I get home.

These are the ones that come with the splitter. I would order the quick release ones which is what I did when I replaced mine.

Also one other thing, depending on your placement you might find the above ones a little short and may want to order longer ones. Only 5 replacement sizes/types are listed. link posted below.

Sorry it took so long.

I appreciate all the info. There is a guy that makes them custom but his do not adjust in length. He cuts them to what length you tell him so that's why I am trying to figure out what most are using length wise so I will have a good idea what to order.
