According to Pete, he thinks for a rid like mine that is a DD, a spare set of wheels and tires is the better use of my money.

Man those sidemarkers... I don't think people realise how bright they really are... I took that pic around dusk... with the head lights on and they still bloom out in the picture...

Looks great, Chris!

That front tire looks like it's getting pretty close to needing a replacement....kinda like mine. You planning on getting those other wheels? I remember those wheel pix you posted a while back.

I don't really have a good reason... the weather was really nice that day... but I have a drain in the garage and it's convenient.

In the summer it is so nice to be able to wash the car in the shade.

Yeah... I'm in the middle of figuring out what to do. My rears are done... so I'm probably going to get the rear tires now then save the rest of the money I need for the wheels and front tires..... Hope to have them in a few months.

These are the best pictures in your build thread. Moments like these, captured in a picture, can't compare to the portraits your kids painted in your heart.

you better make sure you know what size tires you want before just buying a replacement set... wouldn't it be awful to have a new set of 275/40-20s and then end up needing some 3xx/xx-18s? ;)

I do.. but after talking with discount tire... I'm probably going to go with stock replacements for now. That also buys me some time to save the extra cash to get 10.5" wide wheels when the time comes...

ah well.

Man it's hard for me at their age... I want them to grow up so we can do more stuff but I know the teenage years are looming... (PQ keeps reminding me)... and then they are off to do their own thing a few years later...

So, I want them to grow up but not too fast.
