Bright Yellow 1le ?
Bright yellow 2014 1LE's ? Anybody?

No members have shared it atm if there is one. From my understanding its real close to rally yellow. Not sure why they changed it but bright yellow what a lame name for a muscle car color. If i didn't know better the bean counters got to call the shots on that one. Here is a link to whats its going to be like. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?p=6566171

someone posted a pic. lemme find it

damn that looks KILLER imo... it's brighter than rally yellow.. as the name implies lol. Complete and utter head turner..
|
Looks better to me as well
|
That looks so much better than rally yellow to me. I always said I would never want to own a yellow car (except a Ferrari/lambo Ofcourse), but this might would change my mind if I didn't already have my baby :)

Another picture of the same one from when I saw it at the Woodward Dream Cruise a couple weeks ago.

|
Looks good.

I love that. The 2014 1le is a smoking hot looking car.
|

Seen that car at woodward, one of 3 1les.
Still couldn't bring myself to ever live with a yellow car, but it does look good. |
personally, i don't care for the Bright Yellow...looks like they lightened Rally Yellow, or washed it out a little. too much like the yellow im used to seeing on other brands now.
might just be the photos, but since that's all i've seen of Bright so far, i'm glad i got Rally. |
Thanks for posting, it's hard to tell the difference but it look sweet!
|
i love me some 2014 camaro tail.

I love that new yellow and I am not a fan of yellow cars. Wife would have killed the thought before I ordered though
|
I don't think its as good as Rally Yellow, but it's still nice.
... That 1LE package will make any color look good tho:thumb: |
I think they went the wrong way, if those are good pictures it looks like a faded Rally Yellow. I think they should have made it closer to the actual Bumblebee Yellow.
|
Yellow has to be under the right light to do the color any justice. Most of the time pics show up a lot lighter than it looks in person. Will be interesting to see them side by side.

:eyebulge:Wow ! Sickkkkkkkkkk I'm all over it. Enjoy that beast:drool:
|
yeah that looks awesome!

Love the color, I think I would have to have the hood wrap removed though. I would live with it for awhile to see if it grew on me for sure.
|
You like your Nissans, eh? What made you look at the 1LE?

I'll tell you one thing I noticed when I rented a yellow SS. Chicks dig em. If one of your reasons to buy the car is drawing the attention of the fairer sex, yellow seems to do the job better than any other color.

3W31SS's Summit White had me posting this:
Beautiful. Choosing a Camaro SS/1LE is a no brainer. Choosing what color to order is TOUGH! Seeing these pic's of Bright Yellow only only makes it tougher. Can't loose no matter what color. :clap2: |
Saw one last night at Northstar Chevrolet in Clifton Park, NY. Very sharp car, it even had the Recros.

It's hard to tell without a Rally Yellow one next to it but it is really close I think. It might be a bit lighter, maybe more like Velocity Yellow on the Vette.
|
Forgot to mention that it does look GREAT!
|
Nice welcome to the 1LE club :)
And DONT remove the hood wrap that is huge feature of the 1LE :) |

It's my fiances car. She is a domestic girl through and through. When we first met she had a 2000 Trans/AM with everything but the WS6 package. By the time we started dating she had just bought a 2006 Corvette. In 2010 she decided she was tired of paying the higher price of the Vette but she also needed the versatility of the Trans/AM, so she traded both cars in for a 2010 Camaro 2SS. We've had that car for nearly 4 years. When I saw the 1LE last year I knew we had to have one. Took a while to get around to it, not to mention a dealer who actually knew what a 1LE was so that we could order one. Honestly, when we got her 2010 I liked the Camaro a lot but I wasn't interested in it like my Z. It was nice to drive it on weekends and stuff like that but only because it's a nice change of pace from my Z. Now with the new 1LE I'm seriously torn about trading my 370z for my own. The 1LE is bad ass. But I'm trying to be good and patient. In the next few months we should know more about the next gen STI, Z, Mustang, and Camaro. As it is right now I'm looking at the new Vette as my next car but I'd like to see what the other options will be. As for Z's. Love them. I've had my 84 since I was 17 and my 77 since I was 18. Bought them both with my own money back then and could never bring myself to get rid of them. Buying the 370z was a dream come true after years in school. Sadly I feel now like Japanese car makers in general are falling behind compared to GM and Ford; aside from the GTR that is. |
