Dont hate the Shelby
Hey Everyone,
We will be attending Camaro5fest once again. We didn't know for sure if we were going to make it or not, but we will be there. We will have our BARTON short throw shifters there along with our pistol grip knobs. My 2010 Camaro will be open at our booth for anyone to hop in and try out the shifter. I will also have my 2013 Shelby GT500 there, but don't hate.:paddle: I needed another car to haul stuff down with. Last year at Mustang Week, I brought my Camaro for the same reason. See everyone in a couple days, Dave |
Can't wait to see that Shelby!

A SHELBY AT CAMAROFEST!!!!!!!!!!!.:paddle: LOL. just kidding, even the Mustang haters, deep inside will have to admit the is Shelby is an awesome car.

Both cars look sleek and aggressive. I didn't get to meet you guys last year because you parked both cars way away from everyone off in a corner. I'll make sure I'm come say hello this year.

Are you guys planning on running the Shelby on the strip?

We should be getting in sometime tonight or 1st thing tomorrow. I have an 11.5 hour drive and I'm still assembling shifters.
Skar- We use PTFE for the bushings, but the other brand does not have a problem with the Material they use, it's that they don't have enough wall thickness and they groove the face which makes them very prone to wear. I wish I could run it at the strip, but Im to far from home to risk something happening. At least with the Camaros you will be able to get parts at the show if you break. I would be out of luck. Thanks for the positive comments guys, I feel a little better about it. |

Even with it being a Ford, the Shelby is a badass car. Id never own one myself(even if I had enough money haha) but that doesn't mean I can't appreciate such an amazing machine.
