Saw Last Stand for first time yesterday!

I found it to be very entertaining,Also found best way to beat a Z1R is to use the ZL1s hefty weight to push it outta the way ;P preferably into a corn field hehe! The ZL1s wheels were a dead giveaway that it was not a true Zl1,but to the non Camaro guy they would never know.Overall I liked the movie .Guns and cars how can you go wrong :headbang:

When Arnie is driving the Camaro it had the SS headrest. Noticed the wheels as well.

ZR1 against a ZL1, the corvette would have vanished in front of it!!!!

 yea I saw it at Redbox yesterday while grocery shopping, but they were out of BluRay copies. I never saw it in theatres so I may pick it up this week. I saw the previews though and that ZR1 is badass :headbang:

Isn't that like a pretty new movie? I'm on the couch right now watching "Leave It To Beaver". Must be a little behind the times.

Me too. I assume the revolver, Georgiana or whatever, was supposed to be the Smith and Wesson .500 magnum, I have one of those under my pillow, and yes it will break someone's nose.

Huge Arnold fan here, I drive a ZL1, I love that gun, but I thought the movie kind of sucked a little. Bad directing, it's like most of the lines from Arnold and Johnny Knoxville didn't quite hit they way they should have.

Let me be fair, the film kind of sucked compared to movies that have come out the last couple of years that didn't suck, the Marvel films, Star Trek, Morning Glory, Django Unchained. But in the line up of all Arnold films, it's definitely to fiftieth percentile.

Honestly, if the chick had found an excuse to maybe take her clothes off, a little gratuitous nudity if you will, it would have garnered another star probably.

Yep, that is a spot on review.

Based on this review, I think I'll pass on seeing it even though blood, guns, and fast cars usually overcome a weak plot.

It's better than Redline if that means anything to you

I do not know I have yet to see a ZR1 win a race on the street(Z06 that another story) The two I know of make all kinds of tire smoke at any speed takes a very skilled driver to put the power down in them.

Well since the Camaro has a slight history of white trashness, it has the advantage over the ZR1 in a corn field.(Anyone not having seen the movie just stare into my Men in Black pen here, and poof, that will now be a surprise to you when you do rent it, and get some contacts, cause damn)

Normagene 05-23-2013 10:30 PM

Yeah they spent some money to make it look like a ZL1, but still probably cost them just about half the price of a ZL1. They changed out the front and hood. Everything else was all SS. Would of enjoyed some hi speed action. Gotta still love Arnold, he still kicks ass!

Yeah.

I gave my honest assessment of the film, but I still love Arnold, can't wait for that one with him and Sly coming out

I kept thinking "whens the 1000 horsepower ZR1 going to stop for gas"....
