September 15th my wife and I went to the dealer to place our order. A week later it was accepted. I got my TPW last Friday.

TPW 11/12

I'm in for 11/12...Ordered 9/21 & actually sent in by dealer on 9/26

Excellent. Anyone know how long it usually takes to get a vin? Thevweeknoc TPW?

Guess I'm.a pretty Damn lucky side I ordered Saturday 13/10/2012 order went in on the 15 and the 16th I got THE TPW for 11/12

i'll say! i was sweating it for 5 weeks, wondering why i was still at 1100, when the dealer would get an allocation, etc...now i can relax for a few weeks, before i start sweating the next few status codes and VIN! :drinking:

Man I was the same... cause my dealership told me they were not sure if tgey were gonna get any allocatiins until next year... So I can say I got white lucky......

Just heard back from the dealership. Order was place 10-1-12 and I'm in with you guys..TPW of 11-12-12

You too Doglife!!! I just gotta find somebody else in Houston, Texas with a 1LE. It would be nice but it wont be likely and will prob take a few months at best.

ST1LE, Are you a Cowboys or Texans fan?

I am a Cowboys fan, but do not dislike the Texans by any means. They are good, but dont think they have beat anybody worth mentioning yet.

I grew up in Dallas actually not from there, was born in South Africa.

Right on, I'm a Cowboys fan too. I was born and raised in the SF Bay Area. My mom is from Texas and my Grandparents and Uncles still live there. That's why I'm a Cowboys fan. My Dad's side of the family are Raider fans. We have one helluva game this Sunday.

I'm also in. TPW 11/12. Summit White 2SS/RS 1LE. Can't wait for Christmas to come early this year! ST1LE, I live in Lafayette, LA. Not too far from Houston. I can almost guarantee you that I'm the only one in my area with a 1LE, though.

P.S. I'm completely new to the forum. This is my first post. Glad to see how active these forums are!

So has anybody in the 11/12 group moved past 3000 yet?

I'm still at 3000. I think there won't be much change until around our TPW. VIN's will hopefully come out by the end of that week... At least I think that's normally how it works out. Correct me if I wrong though. I would like to know if anyone has moved past 3000 also.

Still at 3000. jgalewsk looks like we will get our cars about the same time. I am not aware of any others in Louisiana, are you? BTW what color are you going to get?

Yeah I figured there would not be much change, but I wanted to check. I am glad you guys are in the south too so we will probably get ours around the same time. I am getting AGM, all I have seen so far are Summit White so I am excited to see some other colors. What about you guys, colors?

Mine is Summit White. My second choice was AGM. I just didn't know how the wheels would work with the dark gray. I am definitely looking forward to seeing pics of yours. What options did you get on yours, ST1LE?

I ordered a 2SS/RS 1LE with NPP and color match grille. It would be cool to have the NAV and seems like a must with the nice screen in the 2013, but I will NEVER use it so I just couldnt justify spending $700 on it. I can us ethat money for engine mods or exterior mods like a ZL1 spoiler or the side skirts or something. I am waiting for a rear valance for the quad tip to come out, I am not a huge fan of how far the exhaust tips stick out past the stock bumper and valance.

I am getting the Crystal Red Tintcoat and the NPP on my 2SS/RS 1LE. I got the NAV and a Sunroof. I had to load this car down because GM is buying back my 2011 VERT and I had a budget of 46K.

I am going to miss this car. :(

nice...i debated about the RS and sunroof for a while. but, i wanted to keep my costs down. been without a car payment for a few years now, and this is the most expensive i've ever bought...literally 3x what i paid for my cavalier, now that i think about it lol...

oh, and i was still at 3000 a couple days ago as well, FWIW...

Hi there. I too am still at 3000 TPW 11/12. Should the status code change the week before?

I have been at 3300 since yesterday so sure we will see a bunch of others from our group changing soon.

Oh yeah, that's what i want to hear. Do you know when you will get a vin?

That is great man, we ar emoving along now! I dont think we get VIN's until they are built so sometime the week of 11/12. I thinkI will get mine 11/13-11/14 time frame. The guys I bought my car from sold a special ordered corvette and said it arrived 3 days after the VIN being issued. Built in Kentucky though, wish ours were going to arrive so quickly!!!
