The comments on the video are pretty funny.

By the way, did I miss a part of the video where they listed the prices of the cars?

Burnout at the end was the best. If the V6 can do that...

Shame to hear about the interior though. Some have said the plastics, though hard, feel high quality. They say they feel cheap and flimsy. Hard is ok by me, cheap and flimsy is not.

Yeah I saw that yesterday. It's hard to believe the chevy won (barely), seeing that the gencoupe was faster, stopped quicker and had better g numbers. But they did'nt discuss price and I'm sure the track gen is a few grand more than the camaro. As far as the rougher ride and tranny complaints: If I were to get a gencoupe, I would go with the GT version with the auto and that would solve both issues and also bring the price down. In which the huyndai would have surely won the comparo. Not knocking the camaro, they are both good cars and I have'nt decided which one I really want until I drive them both...

I don't think so. But the 3.8 with the trackpack is ~30 000 I think. Was it a 1LT or a 2LT? Either way, its thousands less than the Genesis

There is more than 1 type of plastic that is used.

A Hyundai is still a Hyundai no matter which way they put it :barf:

it was a 2LT because they said it had leather seats.

i think the hyundai they tested was closer to the price of the SS than the price of the 2lt...........even then the Lt was extremely close in time.

are magazines just reusing the times they achieved the first time? if so thats hardly fair

hyundai=blah, blah, blah:barf:

Such determinations are subjective. To some -- ALL plastics are "cheap and flimsy"...Magazine drivers with access to high-end lucury vehicles are no exception....

I for one thought the inside felt robust.

The Grand Touring version wouldn't return as high performance numbers, though...coupled with the LT's smoother, FE2-suspended ride...wouldn't it make the comparison more in the Camaro's favor?

what a burnout for a V6! I really thought at first the interior was supposed to be real good, but it 's sure getting more criticism.
