Well this is not good.
 

Go out to my Camaro, wont start, details, 3900 miles 13 months old, ran perfect until now? Turbo 4, Auto.

When I went to start, it does all these snapping noises, says battery saver is on and then says battery low.

How can a battery go bad at only 3900 miles, I guess I am stuck until tomorrow when I can call the dealer, and no way to get to work either, bummer.

So do I just need to play with the negative and positive attached to the battery ? See if one is loose and then tighten it ?

Don't believe it, do a search ...many batteries discharge/ go bad in the six GEN Camaro world… Nobody has a real good answer as to why.....

Connections are tight, so I guess its not that, weird battery set up compared to what I am used to.

Guess the dealer can tow it tomorrow and hopefully figure it out.

The snapping sounds you heard are probably from arcing and sparking as something was shorting itself to ground. The battery terminals are as good a place to start as any. Make sure they are tight, the dust boots are in place and there's no exposed wiring. I'd also look for loose cabling under the hood, maybe a frayed cable with some exposed conductor, or melted insulation?

Make sure there are no cables near moving parts, or anything that gets hot, like the headers or your turbo. Also look for black scorch marks. If you find those, your probably going to find your failed cable near by.

Either way, your best bet is to get it towed to your dealer and not start it up until it's fixed. Good luck.

Unfortunately even new car batteries occasionally fail without warning. A friend had one fail in their Camaro after 6 months. The dealer replaced it under warranty.
The clicking sounds you hear could be from the starter relay. Your battery has enough juice to energize the starter relay but not enough to start the car. If it is just the starter relay clicking then it isn't a dangerous condition like a short circuit and shouldn't damage the car.

90% probability it's a bad battery. Happens.

My Honda Accord had a bad battery that died within 2 weeks of my buying the car; the replacement battery died 2 years later.

BTW, did you check to make sure you didn't accidentally leave something on?

I will say this again. They will either find that the battery is not a problem or they will replace it. And then a year or two down the road it might happen again. Many of us have had this happen. There's something in the Camaro system that drains the battery through no fault of your own. I don't believe GM is giving us a good answer on this. I've gone through two batteries in my Camaro and they can find no fault found. I now have a quick disconnect switch on the battery so I can disconnect it if it's going to sit longer than two or three days…I'm actually going to get rid of the car pretty soon because of this problem.

Just came back from a 2 week vacation and it fired right up. We'll see in a year or so from now. The 1SS does have less gadgetry and / or maybe the 2018s are less prone?

Mine fired up after being 13 weeks completely down with no disconnect. Six months later, it died after two days…...This has been going on for years, and no one has come up with a good answer yet.
