Letter "B" is where we hold this meet. Nice shade and lots of parking...and nice flat area for games across the street.

Please, no one say that they will bring the beer. This year it is BYOB. Last year we had issues where multiple people said they would bring beer only for them to take it back home after not many drank it. aka no real contribution but got a free lunch/dinner. Just trying to make it more even so we don't have a few people footing most of the bill. Also, if you say you are going to bring a food item or item crucial to food making process, you must show up before lunch so we have your item for when we start cooking. Last year a person who said they would bring charcoal decided to not show up til 2 or 3pm and we had to get another person to run out and get more coals.
