Trifecta Tune Review
 

The tune makes a night and day difference to combine all my mods to work together. The shift firmness on the auto transmission and amazing. I can feel the shifts and it takes off so much faster. It feels like I gained 50rwhp/tq but I know I didnt but it sure feels like it! I love the tune. I have not data logged it yet, but it feels like I do not need to from how it runs. Should I do it anyway? The butt dyno feels amazing. The Ghost Cam= the sh*t. Sounds and feels like a real cam! My car shakes just like my buddies SS and sounds like I have cams, lopping like a mother! Overall I would recommend this tune to anyone. Vince knows his stuff.

agreed 100% waiting on my second tune to come with 75% shift firmness on

Wait until you get the urge to up the shift firmness and are able to chirp between gears...... Pure bliss lol

What is the base tunes shift firmness?

All these awesome reviews make me hate myself more and more for not getting that BNR deal :mad0260: I can't wait until the day I can write a review instead of read them. Then...it's drag strip time. Can't wait til I have this so I can chirp. And the ghost cam :wub: don't get me started.

I'm seriously considering a tune now. I was worried about voiding the warranty but I think this is worth it. What else was part of your tune besides the firmer shift points?

not sure if this is dumb, but what does chirp mean? and what does shift firmness mean?

I'm not sure on my shift points. It's the base tunes shift points


Chirp means making the tires make a squeak as you shift. And shift firmness is the shift points on the auto are more solid and quick then slow like they are stock

Are you using the tap shift feature or just straight drive mode?

I'm using sports mode but I'm letting it shift automatically I'm not manually shifting with tap shift

how do you activate the ghost cam. i loaded the tune yesterday with the aggressive ghost cam setting but there is no difference.

For me the ghost cam took like 15 min with the car on before it kicked in and it was beast. You turn it off with the cruise control.
