Tunes??

I have a 2015 Camaro RS stock other then the mufflers have been changed. Im needing to find a good tune for my camaro. Something that gives me a gain in horsepower and something that will make other cars think twice about wanting to race my car. Any suggestions??

Hate to be that guy, but get a V8. I love my V6, but most of the exhaust options sound ricey and not muscular.

Enjoy it got what it is, mod for power, get a tune, upgrade the suspension, but the sound wont br what you want.

A CAI will add a good chunk of volume when you are WOT without sounding ricey though.

Maybe a cold air intake, some long tube headers, and then a trifecta tune to finish it off O_O

I know the it sounds ricey. Im just wanting it to have a little more power, i work with a guy he has a 2014 charger r/t. im just wanting to shut him up i just think a tune would be amazing, could i just buy a tune and keep everything stock right now or would i have to upgrade first?

I don't know why that guy for some reason brought up v8's, i prefer the sound of the v6 camaro, i've never been into the 'muscle cars' thing. I think the v6 camaro sounds good. Anyways... trifecta tune

Is a Pedal Commander worth buying? I'm looking at them right now?

Get an Overkill tune. Pedal controllers are unnecessary. And with whatever exhaust you have, remove the H and the resonators and add the Magnaflow 11386. Enjoy your V6 with an exhaust that has a very full body.

Your 2015 has a conpression ratio of 11.5:1

Common knowledge suggests that your car would respond well to an E85 flex fuel kit conversion and custom tune

Other than that, if youre only going to get a tune, your gonna spend money to gain practically nothing. On a completely stock car like yours its a waste of money since all a tuner will do is remove the speed governor, adjust the torque management (if its an auto), lower the throttle delay, advance timing a couple of degrees on both fuel tables on the ECM making the car ONLY run properly on 91 (or 93 octane depending on where you live), and small adjustments to the VVT

Get the E85 setup and see your timing go to around 38 degrees total and with a good tuner, he can also maximize this by considerably adjusting the vavle overlap by tweaking your VVT. You will beat that RT charger with this setup if the charger is stock

Overkill tune. CAI. Jackfab spacer and manifold.

Sorry about my og comment (get a v8) I read tunes in the title and thought music. Then you mentioned mufflers and I thought you were looking for a good sound to, as you said "think twice before wanting to race my car." An ECU tune won't warn anyone about you before the race, just surprise them while you race.

But again, overkill is the only tune to get unless you know a good dyno tuner. They offer a kit that allows you to use E85 and can really help.

Someone said long tube headers, but the 2015 cant have headers, so just worry about the intake side. The jackfab spacer and manifold did much more for me than the CAI, but they all help.

Research your local stations for E-85 before making the switch, or your could be in for a rude surprise " Alternative Fuel Data Center" is a decent resource for finding out what stations are carrying E-85 ( BUT it still isn't 100% accurate). The other thing to look at is you will need more E-85 (close to 25% loss in mpg) than you needed of 93 (or whatever you are running), but E-85 is around $2.35 or so per gallon (Florida) sp its close to a push. Don't make the switch until you do your due diligence and get a tuner lined up...(I am Overkill S/C E-85, and a couple other goodies
