Help with Front Bowtie

1 Attachment(s)
Want to re-paint, vinyl wrap or dip front bowtie. Apparently there are no after market replacement bowties on market because GM has license. GM charges over $100 for it which I think is a rip off.

However, before I paint it, I want to fill in the small imperfections and damage. What is everyone using to repair them. The bowtie is gloss black metal finish.

Thanks

Removed ours and Plasti Dipped it. Unless it's a show car, I believe, this looks fine for just a bit of labor and a couple bucks. It's held up on our daily driver for several years now.

The Plasti Dip may be thick enough to fill in all your chips.

Phastek sells the blackout covers for them. They are cheap and easy to install
