The black hood definitely helps to reduce glare. Eye black and the bottom of a baseball brim being black aren't just done without a purpose.

The blip happens whenever I shift and move it in the gate. I noticed I can shift to neutral and slow down and no noise, but if I wiggle the stick side to side in neutral it'll blip one or two times....

Congrats! You'll love it! What color did you go with? Add anything to it? There's nothing that feels like a muscle car. I had an 08 shelby gt500 and the 1le is on a whole other level.

When I talked to them I added the dark tail lights, carbon fiber fuel door, and knee pads. They put them on before I picked it up. They had already done the black bow ties and window tint.

I picked mine up today. It's a 17, but ordered the suede knee pads. They installed them in the last few days before my pick up, and I have suede pads on the door and on center console for right knee....

Just picked it up today and had a three hour drive home in the rain. Still drove awesome! Such an easy clutch to learn and so much tighter than my 08 shelby gt500! Next up is the zl1 1le third brake...
