New plugs might be in order as well. After all the above and the plugs, consider a trifecta tune. Really woke my 13 v6 up. They could run through a data log and give you insight on any further issues.

I've used trifecta tune on my tracked camaro, chevy colrado and a Chevy cruze. Highly recommend them. They could probably dial you in pretty easy.

I would change the pcv valve and install a catch can. Probably slowly burning off that way.

If that doesn't help, do a compression test to make sure it's not the head gasket.
