TPMS for my winter tires

I have a set of winter wheels/tires that do not have TPMS sensors in them. The dealer wants almost $600 to put them on my winter wheels. Is there a better solution?

Dealer Allocations?

My order shows this:

04/29/2011 - (1100) Order placed at dealership. Order passed GM edit tables but dealer has not received allocation to place order.
04/29/2011 - (1102) Order entered via web....
