We do. I got 2 allocations Thursday but for V6 only. That doesn't really mean anything though as every 2024 allocation I've gotten so far was for a V6 and I've been able to pick up 3 V8s by waiting...

Yes. The factory tires are dismounted from the factory wheels and mounted on the new wheels. The dealer is supposed to give you the factory wheels as well.
