Just get a shop to do a 2.5" muffler delete and add the Magnaflow resonated x in place of your stock resonators and H pipe. Tried and true. Anything 3" will be loud. Very loud. And very drony.

Yeah, with a V6 auto I'd also have the differential fluid changed now. You don't have an LSD so you don't need to change it as frequently as manual V6 / SS guys. But auto fluid change is a good idea....

I think it'll be fine. Resonated X + muffler delete is common, and that's basically what the 16580 is. If it was 3" I'd say it would be obnoxious. But it should be fine. If it's too much in the cabin...

It's because it's a 1320 unit on a 3.6L V6. They're spinning the crap out of it to make any kind of boost but that means a ton of heat and the heat exchanger can't be too big because of the hood...
