20x10 should clear the brakes just fine. I would suggest a 20 to 25 offset. I run a square 20x10 setup with a 6 piston setup with a 23 offset and no issues.

On the 1LE and ZL1 with 20x10 and 20x11 wheels it was either 285/35 squared or 285/35 and 305/35 for the ZL1. There was no standard 315 from the factory. The 275/40 was on the SS on the rear only....

Why not consider something from UMI Performance? I have their lower trailing arms and toe rods with no bushings, just the rod ends. They do what they need to and work fantastic for the money.
