I most always skip 4th unless I am passing. All my shifting is based on RPM's of the motor if I am not in the city. Most of my driving is in the country.

My cover fits well. It is easiest to spread it out, then hook the loops and finally tuck the rest in. I hope this photo helps to show you how it fits. As you can see it's the 2012 45th.
