I would guess the crankshaft bolt came loose....

I would guess the crankshaft bolt came loose. Additionally to add whats already said, use an ARP Crankshaft bolt and torque it to 250 foot lbs. it will stay secured.

I would not place the sensor downstream it needs accurate temperatures coming Cleanly from the exhaust to provide accurate data, not to mention the potential damage if the cat comes internally apart...

Not enough information but I would start with battery and electrical connections. Electrical signals are sensitive so the connections should be clean and tight. Use electronic grease on connections.

I installed a full competition 3 inch dynatech exhaust for coupe. Remade the braces, modified the rear section, and everything is fine with bracing in all the original areas.

If I was researching I would stick with Lambda. I took my AEM AFR gauge apart and converted it which is quite easy. Works great and provides all the reference data needed.
