Jeff, thanks for checking with your contacts in tech support. In your response you indicated that the Thunderbolt won't work "at this time". Is this problem something that is correctable by GM?

That's an interesting response. Just checked, and Verizon Wireless website shows that the Bluetooth HFP protocol is supported in the HTC Thunderbolt.

Assuming you have "paired" the phone with the car - only way it works for me is to dial with the phone, and then the car will (most of the time) pick up the call while it's in progress.

I have exactly the same problem. Only way I can get it to partially work is to manually dial a number or answer a call with the phone, then the car will pick up the phone call after about 5 to 10...

Having trouble getting my Thunderbolt to work with the Bluetooth system. Have paired the phone (without using the phonebook) and the Bluetooth system recognizes the phone.
