Burning out the factory mufflers sounds like a dream. That won't happen. You will most likley replace them because of the sound and the weight. OMG they are heavy.

Still running stock plugs as my 2013 2SS/RS has only 24K miles on it. LT headers, CAI, Borla exhaust and Jannetty Racing tune. Runs great. So are the stock plugs .040?

The H pipe design works from idle to 2,000 rpms. The X pipe assists at 2,000 rpm's and works up from there. That is what I meant by a little added low end.
