It is not bad.. Regardless we had the cradle out for other reasons, so it was just a matter of cutting the bushings in halves and knocking them out. We've done it plenty of times, not hard bit...

Farid sent over these sweet Farks No-Hop Control Arm Bushing set.. These are really nice pieces to replace the gushy rubbers!
