I agree on all accounts. The car looks good. Sometimes a cam can cause idling issues or surging when coming to a stop, but I have no experience with a larger than stock cam in a LSA.

Not for sure, but that may be an intentional weep hole for the mufflers. I would not replace unless you can hear a leak. I'm sure others who know will chime in.
