It appears that the road paint may have sand or something in it. Its really gritty and is actually scratching the paint...

The white marks you see are in fact road paint. :-(

I tried to pull the fender back out but it won't budge. I guess I will go to the stealer ship tomorrow to see what they will charge to unbolt and pull it out for me, if it's a possibility.

I think since it was such a low speed it kind of pushed the bottom of the bumper, which caused it to pivot. Then when it pivoted towards the fender, it had nowhere to go besides in since the flare...

Those look like 305 Trofeo's, we should know. I think the smaller 6th gen makes them look wider.
