Since I upgraded my rear end to the SS rear end with 3.91s I had to specify that. You can get your basic driveshaft for the v6 through them.

The v6 one for the SS rear end actually weighed 2lbs more. However I still did feel a difference in responsiveness of the car, especially after gear changes.

It should work, but if you don't want dust and are just going to use it as a DD I would suggest Hawk ceramic pads. Same performace as the OEM pads just without the crazy dust.

I updated my original post and added the weights of the general gmax tires. I too am running them. The 275/40/20 each weigh 30lbs.
