Cold air intake question.

I was considering getting this upgrade and wanna know what you guys think.

Red face Ticking sounds when engine is on?

When the car is turned on there is a ticking sounds that can be heard outside and inside the car. Sounds like a clock. Anything to worry about?

I was told by the maintenance guy that high pressure is normal. That is why the last bar on the gauge is white not red. But I just wanted a 2nd opinion.
