How hard could this be, a vibration at idle enough to shake your center console. Drivetrain, you eliminated the trans, driveshaft, rear end, and clutch when you depressed the clutch, leaves engine....

You just loosen the front two bolts about an inch and half of the engine cradle then put a bottle jack on the rear of the cradle and remove those two bolts and slowly lower the engine and trans down....

If its only on bad pavement that you feel it, its suspension related, something worn/loose. If its on all surfaces and the wheel shimmy increases with speed, its wheel/tires/rotor/caliper/Hub related.
