Wheel hop is usually a result of axle twist or suspension deflection. Drag radials could definitely make it worse.

You need to mount the wheels on the car to see where the caliper lines up. That is the tightest point. Outside of that, you shouldn't have any problems.

Also check your intercooler coolant level. These cars are notorious for being underfilled. It may take a few times topping it off to get all the air out as the system isn't the best design.

Do you know what you're running now with those mods? An 8.66" lower pulley and associated tune would definitely get you there. I have similar mods and i'm a heavy 'vert.
