As long as you're not tuned. A catch can doesn't cause oil loss - quite the opposite. Unless the plumbing that connects it is leaking. And a CAI is entirely irrelevant in my opinion.

I thought it was because the A6 wasn't carrying around the extra fun of an M6, so without the extra weight of joy, it is able to get up there a bit faster. ;)
