That timing is what you'd run on 93 octane... costing you quite a bit of power. I'd guess you could run 4-5 more degrees no problem... probably pick up 30-40hp.

There is very little gains to be had (probably less than 20rwhp) by switching heads on a typical setup that revs to ~6500rpm. His setup shows this. Where better heads really shine is in more rpm......

Looks like you didnt gain any torque, just shifted peak (from 4900rpm to 5500rpm).

Those appear to be the mild steel ceramic coated headers... not stainless unfortunately. The good news is they are 14ga tubes, so nice and thick. Not sure the flange thickness (probably 3/8").

I have this same kit... it makes some power. Numbers in my sig are not final... after some small tweaks I expect to make 1050-1100rwhp @ 20-22psi with 6266's.
