All of the cracked (crazed) areas will have to be stripped down to metal. Then use a epoxy or etching primer on the bare metal followed by a 2k urethane primer.

You will have to change out the core...

You will have to change out the core support,fenders header panel,valance and front bumper on the front end.On the back the end panel is different so you will have to replace it and the taillights...

Spoilers are around $100. on ebay and are easy to install. All second gen. camaro trunk lids are cut on the inside for spoiler installation. I have a 76 myself and love it.
