I'm at 30 inches rear and 28 1/4 inches front...

I'm at 30 inches rear and 28 1/4 inches front ground to fender, but the rear tire is 2" taller, so the front level is really equivalent to 29 1/4. Guess that puts me rear at 3/4" higher.

Nope. Fairly simple. I should have looked at it originally, didn't realize it had stops for 1-2 built into the mechanism, or i would have done this a long time ago. Works great.

Oh, you mean the cowl cover. The cowl is the actual metal sheetmetal that frames where the wipers go. Makes more sense now.
