I have a 2013 lfx at 109k. Other than a failed slave cylinder, and a sticky throttle body. I am not running a catch can. Other than oil changes its been fine.

For an LFX the inlet hose is the larger diameter one. If you are going to flush the heater core you will want to pull the hose off of the heater core. There is an inline filter.
