It was not the VTC it was a bad pedal sensor, even before I had the VTC it would do that....no cells were thrown till i added the vtc....

A friend of mine with a Zl1 has the same issue, took it to the dealer and they told him they have to order a whole door panel to get the part.....

I would put the stock springs back on and take it...

I would put the stock springs back on and take it to the dealer for repair.....if they see the springs on there they will void your suspension warranty.....

I did not get the Koni's at the time because there was not enough information on them. I went with the 1le shocks instead, and other than the infamous front strut crashing noise over certain bumps...
