I also have long tubes on mine but i did not see that much of a difference in fuel economy. mine is like 25mpg on highway and not sure what it is in city. But then again i also have a heavy foot. LMAO

Somebody on here was saying GM came up with some new lifters for our L-99's and that they are much quieter.

just installed 1-7/8 long tubes

took about 3 1/2 hrs from start to finish with no help. I also took it for a test drive and damn, this mother gets it now. Just thought ya'll would like to know if your shopping for headers.

ordered 1-7/8 kooks headers last saturday ,and where i was a little excited and new to all of this i ordered them with the jet coat flat blue i think it was ,and decided to see some pictures of what...
