heated seats

I have a problem with my 2SS heated seats. If I turn on the heated seats when I first start the car, they work. If I wait like 10 minutes then try to turn them on the will not come on. Weird...

All Camaros are marked as HOT...its been all over this forum for at least a month now. The problem is most railyards only empty the rail cars a few days a week.
