The Magnaflow 11386 X, no cats and muffler deletes isn't too terrible, and I'd think pairing it with any muffler instead of a muffler delete would be perfectly palatable. Lots of guys run the 11386...

2 bottles of slip additive if you have the JRE posi mod for your LSD is all. Mobil 1 is good. Redline 75w90 GL5 is what I use.

Yeah, I don't know honestly. I know the stock LFX manifold flows better than a ported LLT manifold and doesn't allow heat soaking. It might be worth it if you're looking for max gains possible.

Just get a shop to do a 2.5" muffler delete and add the Magnaflow resonated x in place of your stock resonators and H pipe. Tried and true. Anything 3" will be loud. Very loud. And very drony.

All V6s have 3.23 gears except the 2LS which has 2.92. But you have a manual which means you have the SS rear end and associated options (3.45, 3.73, 3.91, so on)

Yeah, with a V6 auto I'd also have the differential fluid changed now. You don't have an LSD so you don't need to change it as frequently as manual V6 / SS guys. But auto fluid change is a good idea....

I think it'll be fine. Resonated X + muffler delete is common, and that's basically what the 16580 is. If it was 3" I'd say it would be obnoxious. But it should be fine. If it's too much in the cabin...
