There is no reason for a ZL1 to drive any differently than a twin...

So whatever works best for whoever is installing it. But flanges or v-bands can be handy if you ever want to change back again.

Perhaps a slight step on one part of the graph, but as above, boost graph looks fairly good with no huge obvious drops or levelling off to indicate a lot of slip.

IMO, move to a 12 rib with a very good strong spring tensioner. Or if you need to persist with cogs...avoid 2 steps and...

Something very wrong with that statement. And oil poured out from where ? ( which may not be surprising if there is no turbo fitted to the car...
