I leaked tested the system, and found nothing blatant, just a small leak on one coupler. Fixed that, and found the BOV had a small leak where it connected to the charge air...

I only checked the compressor side yesterday, I don't think the turbine blades are damaged, since I can hear the turbo spooling. If all else fails, then I'll give that a look.
