Just a thought, check both the trunk ground and the passenger side engine block ground. If either is loose it may not show at start up but as you get moving.

Could be the Throttle/Accelerator pedal assembly sensor (which sends the signal to the TB sensor) is bad which is not that uncommon and which will put the car in reduced power mode. It’s worth a shot...

Only way to know for certain if it’s stock is to have the dealer get the ECU count ...if it’s more than one the engine was tuned at least one time even though the current tune may be the stock tune.
