curiosity about RPMs

sometimes when i stop at a red light, the rpms would move up and down a litte bit, nothing major the needle just moves to where you can notice it. is that normal i dont think ive seen that before....

Long story short my drivers side ballast went out, bought a new ballast and headlight. Is it possible to put it back to oem? Would I have to take the bumper off? Thanks it's a RS btw

Question Aftermarket ballast back to OEM

Hey guys..my ballast recently went out on my driver side...I tested 2 other hid lights, both didn't work...I was working crazy hours the only way I wanted not to get pulled over was to go to a shop...

I have 40,000 miles I've replaced new cam positioning sensors so that's ruled out guessing it could be the chain I looked online and saw symptoms relating to that
