Ouch that looks pretty bad. At least it's cosmetic and no structural so it will be easily repaired. You could ask about a new tire with the wheel damage all they can say is no.

Changing the cats will void your exhaust and emissions warranty. As for the springs and shifter they will not void your warranty, but could affect it if it causes another part to fail (unlikely).

Could be an actuator problem or could be with the actual control. Seeing as you have a 15 and still have your bumper to bumper warranty take it in and let the dealer fix it.
