I just called the reservations people...and they said this hotel is solid booked. Chris, you might need to call them to see if they have more rooms available to unblock for us. I'm not sure how...

The courtyard saved themselves 30 rooms after...

The courtyard saved themselves 30 rooms after setting aside rooms for us. For all we know, they could be sold out on our rooms and giving us one of their "saved 30" rooms one at a time as they wish....

I believe I was told they are getting a 500+ parking space lot paved this month. Yes, there will be plenty of room.

It is possible that the Courtyard had a few "extra" rooms they were holding onto "in case" they needed them for some other specific event. They might have opened some of those rooms up.

The hotels are one in the same. Courtyard/Marriott.

They said it was the same building..all attached.

Anyhow, Thank you Chris for getting this set up!!!
