Mine makes around 715wrhp on e85 without internal work, no cam, factory heads. It made 703rwhp last time it was on a dyno, but I have change a good deal of things since then.

I think it's possible to give a falsified ethanol percentage reading when flow isn't 100 percent across the sensor. This is purely speculation.
