I did it with jack stands, no problem. As far as not wanting to cut anything, make sure you have room behind the car to remove the entire length of the exhaust (it was tight backed into the garage)....

I just swapped mine with a 3.91 build from Lashway. Erik is awesome to work with and with the price drop using the GM gears it is much more affordable than just a few months ago. Well worth it!
