Will 305/30/19 fit up front? No coil-overs

Pedders fit 305/30/19 on their camaro, but they had coil-overs. Has anyone fit this wide of a tire up front on stock springs?

I know 295's fit up front on stock springs.

For a top oil that meets GM suggested requirements, I recommend Pennzoil Ultra 5w30. You can find it in 5 quart jugs at your local Walmart. However, other oils may work just as well.
